The Service provides tools tailored for collecting customer feedback, aggregating reviews from third-party platforms such as Google and Facebook, and analyzing customer engagement data. Additionally, the Service offers features to respond to reviews and generate insights through AI-assisted technology. Please note that the use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms and technical policies.

GB Systems UG is the sole legal owner and operator of the Scan and Review platform and is the contractual counterparty under these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Service.
By using the Service, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of any business account, Google Business Profile, or Facebook Page you connect to the Service.
To access the Service, you are required to register for an account. By doing so, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Furthermore, you represent that you possess the necessary authority to connect and manage any business profiles or pages linked to the Service. You retain the right to revoke third-party authorizations at any time via the respective platform settings.
The Service is available under various subscription plans. Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment processor, who acts as the Merchant of Record for financial transactions. GB Systems UG (haftungsbeschränkt) does not directly handle billing or tax compliance; these responsibilities lie with the payment processor.
By subscribing, you authorize the payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to your chosen billing cycle.
Refunds, chargebacks, and billing disputes are governed by the payment processor’s policies, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Our Service provides tools to aggregate and manage reviews from third-party platforms. However, we explicitly do not exercise control over the content, availability, or ranking of reviews on these external sites, as they operate under their own independent algorithms and policies. Features of our Service may be modified to remain in compliance with these platform requirements. Furthermore, any responses to reviews facilitated by our Service are published strictly at your direction; we do not automate the publication of content without your manual approval.
When you connect a Google Business Profile, the Service utilizes Google APIs within the authorized OAuth scope. This access is performed strictly with your authorization and is used solely to functionality of the Service, such as review management. In compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, your Google data is never sold, rented, or used for advertising functionality.
You remain responsible for compliance with Google’s applicable terms.
When you connect a Facebook Page, the Service adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Access to Facebook data is granted only after your specific authorization as a Page administrator. This data is processed exclusively to retrieve reviews, analyze engagement, and enable you to reply to customer feedback.
We ensure that replies to Facebook reviews are initiated by deliberate user action. While AI-generated suggestions may be offered, automated or unattended posting is prohibited. Furthermore, Facebook data is processed strictly for the provision of the Service and is not sold, shared for advertising, or used to build cross-service profiles.
You may revoke Facebook authorization at any time via your Facebook account settings or within the Service.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, GB Systems UG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. Under this license, you are strictly prohibited from reselling or sublicensing the Service, reverse engineering or extracting source code, using the Service for any unlawful or abusive purpose, or violating the policies of connected third-party platforms.
You retain ownership of content submitted, imported, or processed through the Service (“User Content”).
You grant GB Systems UG a worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, analyze, and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
AI-assisted outputs are provided for convenience only. You remain responsible for reviewing, approving, and publishing any content to third-party platforms.
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
The Privacy Policy describes how Google and Facebook data is accessed, processed, stored, and deleted in accordance with applicable platform policies.
Users may disconnect third-party accounts and request deletion of associated data at any time. Upon disconnection or verified deletion request, data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is required by law.
All software, technology, trademarks, analytics models, and materials comprising the Service are owned by GB Systems UG or its licensors.
No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
GB Systems UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Any further liability for slight negligence is excluded.
Liability under the Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) remains unaffected.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, misuse of APIs, or unlawful conduct.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If the user is a merchant (Kaufmann), a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this agreement is Passau, Germany.
