Scan and Review LTD provides businesses with tools to collect customer feedback and reviews through custom QR codes. Our Service allows businesses to privately manage negative reviews and redirect positive reviews to public platforms, such as Google, to enhance online reputation.

2. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into legally binding agreements. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • Maintain the security of your account and password.
  • Accept full responsibility for any and all activities under your account.

4. Plans and Payment Terms

Scan and Review LTD offers subscription-based plans with various features tailored to meet different business needs. Available plans may include options such as unique QR code generation, review redirection, real-time insights, priority support, and custom domain options.

Payment Processing and Merchant of Record: All payments for subscriptions are processed through a third-party payment processor. Scan and Review LTD is not the Merchant of Record for transactions. The payment processor is responsible for handling all payments, billing, and processing transactions for any services or products purchased from us.

Billing and Payment Authorization: By subscribing to our Service, you authorize the payment processor to charge your payment method for the subscription fees, based on your selected billing cycle. Your payment details are processed by the payment processor, and you agree to comply with their payment terms and policies.

  • Refunds and Payment Disputes: All refund requests, billing issues, and payment disputes will be handled directly by the payment processor, and their refund policies will apply. If you wish to request a refund, please refer to their guidelines or contact customer support for assistance.

5. Review Collection and Redirection

  • Our Service is designed to allow businesses to collect and manage customer reviews. Positive reviews are redirected to public platforms (e.g., Google) while negative reviews are retained privately. You acknowledge and agree:
  • We do not guarantee the content of reviews or customer responses.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the redirection feature at any time.

6. License and Restrictions

Scan and Review LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Service solely for business purposes. You agree not to:

  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the Service.
  • Modify, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations.

7. User Content

Any reviews, comments, or feedback you collect through our Service ("User Content") remains your property. By using our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and display User Content as necessary to provide our Service. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of User Content.

  • Scan and Review LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
  • In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for our Service in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our Service at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we suspect fraud or misuse. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
